That was nicely renovated and modern hotel set in nice quiet area, adjacent to rail station and bus station, numerous restaurants and the roundabout at the entrance to Galle Fort. The room was nicely decorated and the view of the garden was nice. The facilities were good😀

This hotel is a hidden gem inside Galle fort, tucked away in a small alley. The staff is wonderful and friendly, providing helpful advice and genuinely interested in your stay. The rooms are comfortable with good beds and strong air conditioning. Breakfast is included and the Sri Lankan breakfast is simply delicious.

The room was exceptionally comfortable, had a particularly nice view of the garden. The breakfast had a wide range of options and included toast, fruit and omelette.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Possibly the best and great stay for two nights. Very easy to get from Koggala airport, just 15 km. Gorgeous, quiet rooms complete with decent facilities, private bathroom, a fan. Welcoming and courteous staff interactions.

I recently stayed at The Entrance Galle Fort for a few nights during my trip to Sri Lanka. The location was perfect, just steps away from the entrance of Galle Fort. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my passport. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a nice balcony and a tea station. The breakfast options, both Sri Lankan and Western, were delicious. I had a great experience at The Entrance Galle Fort.

Our room at The Entrance Galle Fort was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy place to relax after a long day of exploring. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They even transferred us to a different hotel nearby when there was an issue with the wifi. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the Fort, allowing us to easily access all the sights and restaurants. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend The Entrance Galle Fort for a great stay in Galle.

Spent Christmas at a lovely guest house with a great colonial feel and kind staff. Enjoyed the fresh and healthy breakfast that was served at a requested time. The room was clean and comfy with a nice balcony area to relax. It was located in a great spot with fantastic dining options within walking distance. Key location information includes being close to a fort and easy to find everything.

Daily power outages were problematic and the guest house didn't have power generators, which made it difficult as it was too hot to have no fans or A/C. The shower had a leak and there was no bath mat provided, causing the floor to be wet.

The accommodation was in a somewhat unpleasant part of town, but it was within close proximity to the historic quarters. The breakfast was perfect and the staff was very accommodating. The room had AC to keep the heat at bay.

The room and bathroom were very outdated and needed a revamp.
